We are on day 2 of our stay. We love the hotel, staff and room. They have been helpful and even when my flight was canceled and moved to a different day they worked with me. I would 100% recommend the hotel. They are friendly, amazing and room is great

We were really pleased with our stay at the carriage house hotel. The room was excellent and they helped make my wife’s birthday celebration extra special with rose petals throughout the room, chocolates on the bed and champagne in the fridge. I definitely recommend this place if you are wanting a nice get away in Lafayette without feeling like you’re in a corporate hotel room.

EXCELLENT STAY. JAY at the front desk is AMAZING. Very well mannered, professional, and well dressed. Great representation of the job!!! Had a stressful day upon the arrival of my family and he was just the funniest thing, made my day so much better. The rooms were clean and my family enjoyed their stay here. WE WILL BE BACK!

The hotel itself has beautiful rooms and awesome amenities but it was honestly so hard to find the actual hotel. There is only one small sign high up on the side of the building, in a tiny alley like road that goes through the community next to the jewelry shop. The hotel is actually just the third floor of the building and its like condos or timeshares on floor two, and then there are offices on the bottom floor so finding the parking garage is key. Park on the bottom floor initially to go check in, then you'll be parking on the 3rd floor which had easy quick access to get to the gorgeous large rooms. We did find the rooms were not cleaned well however, the shower/tub had hair in it, and the fridge had a half used gallon jug of expired milk in it when we arrived. I think it was a nice hotel overall, but at 200 per night on the weekends and 150 per night the rest fo the time i think cleaning should be a little higher priority. I gave it 4 stars because i definitely would stay there again, as i mentioned before the amenities are amazing. Tennis courts were great, and the pool was just great. The pro shop had nice friendly staff and a decent but small collection of tennis gear.

Strange set up. We can only access our suite through the parking garage. Spacious apartment but sparse amenities. No hangers! No towel racks. Poor coffee setup. There is no real lobby. No fresh coffee in the morning and no list of nearby restaurants which is essential. Grab bars in the bathrooms would be very helpful!!

This is a great area and the rooms are spacious, clean, and quite. All the amenities of a 4 star resort with 5p wine and mints on your pillow. Tyler is a wonderful receptionist and concierge. She thought of everything to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you!!!

This place is very capable of being 5 stars. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The room is like an apartment. Fantastic for travelling with family. I really wanted to give 3 stars, but the hotel, courtyard, and surroundings are so fantastic that I went with 4 stars. The issue here is a lack of maintenance/management. The place was dirty. The cleaning service did not even start the dishwasher. Went to get a glass to have with dinner, fully loaded with dirty dishes. There was blood on the bathroom wall. There was some sort of ring around the toilet. There was a wet wadded up towel in the restroom drawer. YUCK! Then the maintenance, the door handle to the bathroom just came off in my hand, WHAT? The lock on the back door would not budge, so we slept with one eye open all night in case of an intruder. The linens were scratchy and smelled horribly of BLEACH!! So strong, my eyes watered. Again, this place is gorgeous and has so much potential, if only it had a manager that cared :(

Recently updated furniture. Mattress was very comfortable. Spacious clean rooms. Did not stay long enough to experience any other amenities.
